AFT-140-II Automatic Filter Tester is used for testing particulate filtration efficiency (PFE), resistance of particulate respirator filters, disposable filtering face pieces, and a wide assortment of filter media.

The built-in capacity to test with salt and oil , This unit can be test your product according to US 42 CFR part 84 or EN 143, en149 2001 a1 2009,astm f2100 2019  etc.

Follows are features of the tester:

• The filter tester not only can test filter efficiency and resistance, but also can apply to test particulate respirator filters at loading.
• There are two aerosol generators in one unit. One is for salt testing; the other one is for oil testing. In some standards such as EN 143, 42 CFR Part 84 or GB 2626.Tthere are two types of tests: NaCl aerosol test and Oil aerosol test. These two types of tests need two different generators .                                                                              It produce NaCl aerosol or oil aerosol .It make one of them to penetrate the test specimen, mask or filter material.
• There are two photometers, one in upstream, one in downstream. Downsteam can measure the upstream and downstream aerosol concentration simultaneously. Strictly follows EN 143, EN 149, 42 CFR Part 84 standards by using photometer to measure the particulate concentration, instead of laser particle counter. By using two laser photometers, instead of one, measurement cycle time is reduced and measurement accuracy is increased.
• With photometer cleaning function to clean the photometer automatically. It helps to maintain and clean the photometer conveniently.
• Equipped with two micro differential pressure gauges to measure flow and resistance respectively.
• Adjust air flow adjustment switch to observe the data up to the test .
• Structure design:

Special modular with split-type and it is easy to change. It is easy to check and clear inside of the machine. The line layout is beautiful and elegant. The machine is made of cold rolled steel sheet with plastic spraying.
