Strength Tester is used for a wide variety of materials for equipment static load, tensile, compression, bending, shear, tear, peel, such as mechanical performance test of mechanical strength testing machine.

Tensile strength test equipment is applied to the plastic sheet, pipe, profiles, plastic and rubber, wire and cable, steel, glass fiber and other materials of various physical and mechanical properties testing for material development.

According to the industry and functional characteristics, it can be divided into: 

Metal tensile testing machine: The metal material has a large tensile strength while the elongation is small. It need with extensometer.

Rubber tensile testing machine: The elongation of rubber is relatively large should be with large punctuation and elongation device.

Meanwhile, the design of the fixture should be considered suitable for the characteristics of rubber and cannot be skidded.

Plastic tensile testing machine: The tensile strength of plastic is greater than that of rubber and the elongation rate some time is large while some time is small. Three-point bending test is often been tested.

Textile tensile testing machine: the textile industry needs testing of fabric stripping, puncture, tear, single yarn stretching, etc., and the fixtures and software are special.

Paper tensile testing machine: Paper needs to test tensile strength, ring pressure strength, vertical pressure, flat pressure, edge pressure, peel strength, etc., So it need more clamps.

Leather tension testing machine: leather needs to test tensile strength, tear strength, etc., the test project is relatively simple.
