COD analyzer SC-2
The SC-2 COD analyzer is widely utilized in the chemical, petroleum, environmental, health, and water quality monitoring sectors, among others. It is used to analyze the Chemical Oxygen Demand, or COD, of surface and groundwater as well as household and industrial wastewater. COD is used to quantify how much oxygen is used up during the oxidation of organic contaminants by oxidants.
COD analyzer SC-2
SC-2 COD analyzer is widely used in water quality monitoring, environmental protection, petroleum, chemical industries, health and etc.. It is used to analysis the COD (abbr. of Chemical Oxygen Demand) of groundwater, surface water, domestic sewage and industrial waste water. COD is to measure the amount of oxygen consumed in the process of organic pollutants oxidation by oxidant.
The machine complies with the standard: HJ/T399-2007.
Here are the features of the machines:
- Color touch screen display, easy to operate;
- The analyzer is separated from the digester, it does not affect the stability of the optical system;
- Analyzer adopt cold light source, narrow-band interferometric optical system, and has good optical stability;
- There is no need to change cuvette for digestion and colorimetry;
- With one-button recovery function to prevent accidental loss of curves and data;
- The instrument can be self-calibrated during operation that can effectively eliminate the drift error;
- The digester has multi error-free calibration to achieve zero-error measurement at the set value, completely eliminating the error caused by the nonlinearity of the temperature sensor in the digester;
- The digester has a secondary protection function; When the temperature exceeds 200 degrees, it will cut off the power supply by itself;
- Can store 300 standard curves and 1000 measured values, and will not lost when the power is off;
- In addition to querying the curve equation, it can also reproduce the state of the calibration time;
- With USB interface, could transmit data to PC.
