DW584 SERIES FABRIC SINGEING MACHINE is used to remove the stretched fibers on the surface of fabrics, making its’ surface clean and improving its’ resistance to dirt and pilling, which is a key equipment for dyeing and finishing pretreatment. After singeing, the loose and stretched fibers on the surface of the fabric can be completely removed, which makes it easier for the dye to penetrate into the inside of the fibers, thereby avoiding defects such as color spots, uneven dyeing, positive and negative sides, and irregular reflection of light; The singeing process helps to make the fabric more easily and quickly desizing. In short, the quality of the singeing effect will directly affect the quality of the subsequent process.
Aluminum Alloy Rotating Double Jet Burner
- Structure: One time molded aluminum alloy, high strength, lightweight, and more energy-efficient;
- Flame: The singeing flame burns in the burning chamber and jet out guiding by high-temperature resistant ceramics, giving the flame both high thermal energy, heat gathering effect, and high mechanical properties, meeting the singeing needs of different fabrics. Its’ temperature can reach up to 1300 ℃;
- 4-step mixing of gas and air: After four times of mixing, expansion, and compression, gas and air are evenly transported to various areas of the burner to form uninterrupted flame band. The built-in filter screen filters impurities outside the burning chamber. The large capacity mixing chamber and narrow passage make thorough mixing of air and gas;
Three Singeing Modes Are Available
- Directly burning: The fabric is backed by a water-cooled roller for singeing, which effectively blocks the flame from penetrating the fabric. The singeing intensity is moderate, and the singeing flame is at a 90° angle to the fabric, effectively preventing dust from flying off and blocking the flame during the singeing process.
- Penetratingly burning: The flame acts directly on the surface of the fabric at a right angle, and the fabric can obtain the strongest flame at this singeing position, achieving the best singeing effect. And the singeing flame is at a 90° angle to the fabric, effectively preventing dust from flying off and blocking the flame during the singeing process.
- Tangentially burning: The flame makes tangential contact with the fabric, leaving only loose fibers on the surface of the fabric burnt out, while the fabric hardly comes into contact with flames.
Three Key Elements- Flame Intensity, Distance, Fabric Speed
- Flame Intensity: The pressure gauge monitors and displays the intensity of the flame in real-time, providing intuitive control over the burning effect. In actual production, the intensity of the singeing flame is approximately between 10-20 millibars, and can be stepless adjusted within this range. The flame with high mechanical kinetic energy will break through the steam mist and thermal buffer layer generated by the sudden high temperature of relatively cold fabrics, penetrate deep into the bottom of the fabric, and then undergo multiple reflections to achieve a double effect.
- Distance between fabric and burner: Equipped with a left and right parallel movement device for the flame, the distance between the flame and the fabric can be adjusted arbitrarily by rotating the handwheel according to the variety of fabric. The distance between the fabric and the burner depends on the type of fabric, weight, fibers, and structure. The farther the flame leaves the fabric, the lower the energy.
- Fabric Speed: The fabric speed can be adjusted stepless within the range of 0-120m/min. Appropriate speed is not only beneficial for creating ideal singeing effects, but also reduces the contact time between fabric and flame, effectively preventing the occurrence of singeing balls or thermal damage.
Two And Four-Burner Are Optional
- Two or four burners in one chamber, which is made of fully enclosed high strength 8mm thick steel plate adopting bending technology;
- Each burner is independently controlled, equipped with an optional number of rollers, which can achieve double-sided single time, single-sided double time, and double-sided double time singeing of fabrics;
Dust Free and Environmentally Friendly Design
- Brushing before and after singeing: Equipped with cleaning units brush box before and after singeing units. Through shaking, tapping, and brushing the fabric surface with a brush roller, remove dust, fluff, and burnt ash attached to the fabric;
- Cyclone filter: Cyclone filter is equipped in front of the singeing machine, which is used in conjunction with the front brush box to collect and filter the impurities removed by brushing and discharge clean air to keep workshop clean;
- Water curtain dust filter: Placed after singeing machine, collect the burnt ash removed from the rear brush box in a water washed dust collector, dissolve and precipitate it, and discharge it outside the machine after dissolving and precipitating;
Auxiliary and Control Unit
- Efficient and energy-saving high-pressure blower: Aluminum alloy casting, high strength, lightweight, and excellent sealing performance. Blade vortex structure, high and stable wind pressure, ensuring stable quality of singeing. And it is equipped with an air filter to ensure a clean air source enters the burner chamber, ensuring flame quality;
- Flame sensor and controller: Equipped with imported flame probes and flame controllers to detect whether the flame has been successfully ignited. Automatically sound an alarm and quickly close the gas valve when stalling midway, improving the safety of the equipment.
- Real time monitor gas concentration: Equipped with a real-time monitoring system for gas concentration, it automatically detects the gas concentration in the burner chamber before ignition and start-up. If it exceeds the set value, the gas valve will be closed and alarm;
- Safety explosion-proof device: Install explosion-proof seats and membranes on gas and air mixing pipelines to prevent backfire and enhance equipment safety;
- Mixing ratio adjustment system: Equipped with automatic mixing ratio adjustment and gas pressure reduction, stabilization, and mixing system, the pressure of gas and air can be kept constant, and the mixing ratio of air and gas is correct. By using a specially designed mixing ratio valve to control the mixing ratio within the required range and ensure that the mixing ratio remains constant for a long time, a uniform singeing effect can be achieved;
- Cooling water pressure sensor: Each burner is equipped with two sets of imported water flow sensors. If any sensor fails to detect water flow or pressure, the gas valve will be closed to protect the burner;
- Water temperature sensor: Equipped with a water temperature detection device, if the set temperature is exceeded, an alarm will be triggered, the gas valve will be closed, to protect the burner and water-cooling roller;
- Capsule pressure gauge: Equipped with imported capsule pressure gauge on side-plate, connected to the inside of burner chamber, achieving directly observe burner chamber pressure, which reflects the flame intensity;
- Automatic ignition device: Equipped with imported ignition needles and transformers, automatic ignition improves ignition safety and reliability
- Safety gas tank: In case of sudden power outage, interruption of compressed air supply, or emergency stop, the safety gas tank will quickly cut off the main valve, automatically close and reverse the burner to prevent fire;
