Normal temperature jigger dyeing machine is a kind of equipment that performs jig dyeing under the condition of 98℃ or below. It consists of the following parts:liquor vat, main rollers, expander frame, top cover machanism, circulation system, debatching device, conteol system.

Follows are features of the dyeing machine.

• All parts coming into contact with dye liquor are made of SUS316L stainless steel, which has excellent performance of corrosion resistance;
• The special designed liquor vat allows efficient dyeing for small quantities, reduces the water consumption and prevents dead zones in the liquor vat;
• The main roller motor adopts frequency conversion control to achieve constant speed and tension control of the fabric, effectively reducing the occurrence of color difference problems;
• Efficient circulation system improves the evenness of temperature and the chemicals/dye stuffs distribution, ensuring the best dyeing effect.
