Shoe Lace & Eyelet Abrasion Tester DW9811

Shoe lace & eyelet abrasion tester adopts the shoe lace to eyelet abrasion method to determine the abrasion resistance of shoe laces against eyelets. This equipment has six stations for testing shoe laces. One end of the shoe lace to be tested is passed through an eyelet fixed by the plate holder, making the angle between the shoelace and the eyelet is 90° and the angle between the shoelace and the plate holder is 45°. Then tighten the shoe lace with specified tension. The plate holder with eyelet reciprocates until the shoelace is abraded to break. When the lace breaks, the counter on the station is stopped.
