Yarn Singeing Machine DW583(P)
DW583(P) YARN SINGEING MACHINE, is used to singe cotton and linen yarn. It effectively removes surface hairs from yarns, preventing defects during printing and dyeing processes and enhancing product smoothness and quality.
- Equipped with an air – fuel mixing trunk for precise regulation of the pressure and flow of gas and air and maintenance of a specific mixing ratio; Combined with a circulating pipeline and a specially designed burner for a stable flame and uniform singeing.
- Automatic stopping motion for broken-end.
- Adopt a spring – type tension device to adjust the tension for different yarns, preventing the yarn from swaying inside the burner and avoiding uneven singeing.
- A specially – designed burning tube ejects a stable flame to prevent uneven singeing, and it is easy to assemble and disassemble for convenient clearing of blockages.
- The left and right bobbin axles are respectively driven by two independent motors, so the left and right speeds can be flexibly set to different values, enabling the same machine to wind two different counts of yarn simultaneously.
- The dust collection system timely discharges a large amount of dust and harmful exhaust gases generated during singeing, reducing dust flying in the workshop and ensuring workshop safety and a good working environment.
- A Circulating blow – draw cleaning device is installed above the machine to relieve the labor intensity of cleaning work.
