Traveling Tester DW9902

DW9902 Traveling Tester is used for continuous walking test of the suitcases with wheels and travel bags with pull rods carried out to simulate the use condition during walking.

The sample loaded with a certain load is worn by the impact block and the abrasive cloth on the conveyor belt of the traveling tester. Then inspect the wear resistance and shock resistance of the wheels and the overall structure of the case for damage and deformation.

Conveyor belt	The length is (3,300±25) mm; Microfiber belt imported from Italy, resistant to wear and tensile; there are fine coarse particles on the surface of the belt, can test the wear resistance of the wheels; the belt is supported by a number of rollers to ensure the smooth of the belt, reduce noise and extend the life of the belt.
