The high temperature jigger dyeing machine is an advanced dyeing equipment designed to meet the high efficiency and quality requirements of the modern textile industry.

Follows are features of the dyeing machine.

• All parts coming into contact with dye liquor are made of SUS304 stainless steel, which has good performance of corrosion resistance;
• Vessel is made of carbon steel and covered with 1.5mm SUS304 stainless steel on the inner surface, qualified with pressure certificate;

Note: Only suitable for the dyeing of polyester and regions with low salt content in the air, such as regions far away from sea.

• Equipped with lighting lamps and observation windows on the vessel, making it easy to observe the dyeing status of fabric at any time;
• Equipped with pressure gauge, spring-loaded safety valve and manual exhaust valve, ensuring the security of machine;
• The special designed vat allows efficient dyeing for small quantities, reduces the water consumption and prevents dead zones in the liquor vat;
• The main roller motor adopts frequency conversion control to achieve constant speed and tension control of the fabric, effectively reducing the occurrence of color difference problems;
• Efficient circulation system improves the evenness of temperature and the chemicals/dye stuffs distribution, ensuring the best dyeing effect;
• Additional tank integrates the functions of re-flow, dosing, heating, mixing, water intake and discharge, can automatically complete the feeding operation according to the dyeing process.
