DW1113J Density Tester is used for determining the density of molded or extruded non-cellular plastics materials. It is also essential equipment for density testing of moulding and extrusion materials of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE).

The machine complies with ISO 1183-2 Density gradient column method.

The following are the features of the machine:

• Modular design, embedded structure

Inner body of bath is made of 8mm thickness resin material, embedded in a metal cover. The insulation effect of inner body is good with high transparency, strong seismic and deformation resistance and beautiful appearance.

• High precision control system

High precision single-chip microcomputer for temperature control, equipped with heating and cooling system. Using split-type external drive & internal spray stirring mode, not only ensures the temperature uniformity, but also effectively avoids the vibration of the bath.

• Easy to operate, complete configuration

Simple operation, convenient to test, equipped with all trial related appliance such as: more dense liquid vessel, less dense liquid vessel, gradient column tube, glass float, magnetic stirrer and other corresponding test accessories.

• Humanized design

Equipped with fishing device module, the speed of fishing the specimen and the glass float is not greater than 10mm/min, effectively ensures that the density gradient liquid is not damaged by fishing, the dosing process of each test is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
