Loose Fibre Dyeing Machine QRS Series

QRS Series Loose Fibre Dyeing Machine is applicable to dye various loose fibre, such as cashmere, wool, cotton, hair, silk, polyacrylic fiber and their blend fiber.

Follows are loose fibre dyeing machine specification :

• Manual operation for cylinder diameters below 1200 mm. Counterweight plus air cylinder operation for cylinder diameters of 1200 mm and above.
• Gear-Rack Safety Interlock: Configurable 80°C safety protection. The safety lock can only be opened when the temperature is below 80°C, which simultaneously activates the safety pressure relief valve, allowing the lid to be rotated open. The main Cylinder is equipped with a stainless-steel safety valve. It automatically relieves pressure if the set value is exceeded, thereby protecting the main cylinder.
• Built-in coil heater, equipped with a stainless-steel safety valve. The valve automatically relieves pressure if the set value is exceeded, protecting the heat exchanger.
• Main Cylinder: Differential pressure transmitter enables online continuous dual-level control, achieving package control functionality. Chemical Mixing Tank: Equipped with a bubble-type pressure transmitter for online continuous level control, enabling progressive chemical feeding.
• Dual comparative temperature measurement by the Dyeing Controller and a separate temperature indicator ensures accurate temperature reading.
• Chemical Mixing Tank Type Open-top tank with cover.
• The mixing tank is equipped with a new-type dual-bearing positioned agitator and includes functions for automatic heating, water supply, drainage, chemical circulation/mixing, backflushing, and automatic pipeline cleaning.
• Equipped with a high-pressure dosing pump. Combined with the continuous level control in the mixing tank, it enables quantitative feeding.
• Dual Water Inlet & Dual Drainage: Stainless steel pneumatic ball valves for nominal diameters below DN50.Stainless steel pneumatic butterfly valves for nominal diameters of DN50 and above. Heating Valve: Cast steel diaphragm valve. Other Valves: Angle seat valves (i.e., Y-type valves).
• Constructed from SS304L, cabinet surface features a brushed finish.
• Color LCD display fully automatic dyeing controller. Features a USB interface for copying recipes and system parameters and communicates with the PLC to achieve full-mode automatic control.
