Application
Application of oscillatory cylinder abrasive machine
Oscillatory cylinder abrasive machine is used to determine the abrasion resistance of woven fabrics, especially used for automobile decoration or furniture, to the standard abradant (Cotton Duck #10 or Wire Screen). It’s equipped with four specimen holding arms and pressure pad and electronic counter to control and count cycles. The long line sample fabric is installed on the front and rear fixtures of the friction head. And apply a certain tension. On the circular friction stage, the friction medium is installed. Contact the friction medium with the sample. And apply a certain load on the sample. The friction of the front and back of the friction table is carried out on the sample. After a certain number of friction, the fracture strength of the sample is changed.
