DW0570 Mask Leakage Testing System is used to determine the particle protecting effect (leakage) of mask and respirator.
test Principle:
Aerosol particles with certain concentration and size distribution are produced by aerosol generator. The particle concentration before and after filtering through the mask is measured by photometer; Measure the aerosol concentration inside the mask when subjects perform various movements. The particle protective effect of mask is evaluated by calculating the percentage of particle concentration reduction after aerosol passing through the mask.
Follows are features of the tester
- The test chamber is mainly composed of main body, air purification system, exhaust duct and air sampling system, etc.;
- The test chamber consists of glass, convenient to observe;
- Continuous and stable aerosol particles are produced by aerosol generator;
- Equipped with high precision photometers to ensure accurate and fast measurement of particle concentration.
