Device was designed to measure the variations of yarns, slivers,and rovings.
It detects the thickness, fineness, unevenness in U%, CV%, CVL (CV %) measurement scale.
It is given as a whole set with a PC, its software and a printer. Aninternal temperature and humiditysensor is available which controls the accuracy of the tests.

Laundro-meter
To assess the colorfastness and dimensional stability of textiles to washing as per ISO 105-C06 and AATCC 61 standards. Random Tumble Pilling
To evaluate pilling and fuzzing resistance of textile fabrics as per ASTM D3512 and ISO 12945-3 standards.
The equipment should have 4 or 6 stainless steel chambers with adjustable speeds from 500 to 1800 RPM and a programmable timer for durations up to several hours. A digital control panel with data logging capability, integrated air circulation, and standard cork linings or abrasive elements are required. WVTR TESTER
To measure the water vapor transmission rate of textile fabrics according to ASTM E96 and ISO 15496 standards.
The equipment should feature a precision balance system, temperature and humidity control with a range of 15°C to 50°C and 10% to 90% RH, respectively. It should include a digital control panel for setting test parameters and data logging capabilities. Multiple test cells for simultaneous sample testing are required.
