YG815 F protective clothing flammability tester is used to determine the limited flame spread properties of vertical oriented textile fabrics and industrial products when subjected to a small defined flame.
Here is the features of the machine:
- The combustion chamber is made of stainless steel, corrosion-resistant;
- Equipped with two sets of specimen holders for surface ignition and bottom-edge ignition respectively;
- All specimen holders are made of stainless steel which is corrosion-resistance.
- Imported burner is used for more stable flame;
- Pulse high voltage electronic automatic ignition;
- Automatic ignition, automatic turn off;
- Imported pressure gauge and regulating valve, the gas pressure is more stable;
- Imports needle valve, control the flame height precisely;
- Equipped with a flame height ruler;
- PLC & touch screen control system, more intelligent; automatically record test data, automatic storage;
- The procedures of surface ignition and bottom-edge ignition can be switched on the touch screen.
