Shoe flexing resistance tester is suitable for testing the flexing resistance of finished footwear and sole (sheet) under the normal temperature. Use a cutter to make a specified length of cut on the sole, which is installed on the instrument in such a way the cut is on the flexing line. After carrying out flexing test at a specified angle and speed, measure the length of cut growth and observe the change of upper, sole and upper-sole binding parts (includes strip and foxing).

• Wide range of flexing speed, fully simulate shoe bending during human walking. Speed adjust switch can be locked manually in case the speed is changed accidentally;
• Flexing angle is indicated by the angle scale equipped on each working position;
• Special design for clamps. Shoes of different sizes can be clamped conveniently;
• Individual and wide air outlet for each working position can blow the specimen evenly;
• The tester can flex the specimens to the preset number of cycles and stop automatically. During flexing, the preset number and present number of cycles as well as flexing speed are displayed on LCD screen indicating when the test will be completed (excl. DW9610GB-II);
• Safety protection cover can be equipped to increase the security. The tester cannot be started when the cover is open. Also it can stop automatically if you open the cover when it’s working (excl. DW9610GB-II).
