Zipper Slider Bursting Strength Tester FY-I  Description

Zipper Slider Bursting Strength Tester is can perform a test to determine the bursting strength of Zipper slider at specified deformation value, such as 0.5mm. It dilates the mouth of slider of a zipper by moving upper jaw of grip on this unit to specified deformation value, then measure and record the force value. It is useful for metallic, plastic, nylon zipper.

FY-3 Model Zipper Slider Bursting Strength Tester is designed according to related international standards, can be connected to computer, directly display test status, test result and print curve and report.

Follows are features of the tester :

• Able to preset deformation value, and the instrument auto-stop once reach the presetting value ;
• Use MCU control unit to track force value and displacement value and easy to catch peak value during a test;
• use high precision load cell and displacement sensor to ensure accurate test result;
• Four-sized jaw to meet various slider width. Jaw width: 3mm, 5mm, 6mm, 7mm.
