V5 Contact Angle Measurement System is used to measure the contact angle of liquid to solid surface. The contact angle is regarded as one of the important parameters to measure the surface properties of solid materials, and it is also an important parameter of the surface wettability of the material. This system is widely used in many fields such as modern industry, medicine, semiconductor, material protection, life science and so on.
Follows are features of this system:
- Manual sample injection of contact angle samples;
- Accurate automatic measurement of angle value;
- The theoretical calculating value of contact angle is accurate to four decimal places;
- The system directly controls the high-resolution camera through USB to obtain a clear and continuous liquid drop profile, can effectively extract the boundary;
- The system uses a plane cold light source with adjustable brightness;
- Manual adjustment controls the level of the specimen stage, the level of the whole machine and the level of the lens.
