Its application value lies in ensuring the accuracy of water addition amount and the stability of color paste mother liquor during the dissolution process, and facilitating customers to query the inventory of mother liquor in real time.

- Adopts a high-precision Electromagnetic flowmeter to control the water addition amount during the dissolution process.
- Equips with Goldencolor’s self-developed Control software, which can automatically control water addition according to the powder-water ratio.
- Automatically writes the weight of the dissolved mother liquor into the database, and can realize automatic cold/hot water switching according to the process requirements and in proportion.
- This system is equipped with 2 units of 300L Powder mixer.
