Paste Making Unit CK125S20
The CK125S20 Paste-Making Unit is designed to carry out the proportioning and blending of thickener, emulsifier, and water (with urea added manually) to produce printing paste suitable for coating, disperse, and reactive dyes. Its key function is to maintain precise water dosing, ensure paste stability throughout the dissolution process, and achieve uniform paste consistency.
Paste Making Unit CK125S20
CK125S20-Paste making unit is used to complete the proportioning and mixing of Thickener, Emulsifier and water (with Urea added manually), so as to prepare Printing paste suitable for coating, disperse and reactive dyes. Its application value lies in ensuring the accuracy of water addition amount and the stability of paste during the dissolution process, and guaranteeing the uniformity of paste.
Here is the features of the machine:
- Uses a high-precision Electromagnetic flowmeter to control the water addition amount during the paste dissolution process.
- Adopts Goldencolor’s self-developed Control software, which controls water addition according to the Thickener/Emulsifier-water ratio (Urea is added manually).
- Equips with a high-power Double high-speed (frequency-adjustable) mixer to ensure the uniformity of Printing paste.
- Is provided with 3 sets of 1000L paste making systems, which correspond to coating, disperse and reactive dyes respectively.
APPLICATION
Application of Paste Making Unit
CK125S20-Paste Preparation Unit automatically handles the mixing and proportioning of thickeners, emulsifiers, and water, while urea is manually added, to generate printing paste applicable to coating, disperse, and reactive dye systems.
