It dilates the mouth of slider of a zipper by moving upper jaw of grip on this unit to specified deformation value, then measure and record the force value. It is useful for metallic, plastic, nylon zipper.

FY-III Zipper Slider Bursting Strength Tester is used to determine the bursting strength (slider mouth deflection strength) of zipper slider at specified deformation value, such as 0.5mm. It is suitable for metal, plastic and nylon zippers.

If the machine works abnormally, please turn off the machine in time in case of damage the elements of machine. If the machine don’t use for a long time, power on the machine timely is necessary. Environment should keep clean and dry. Re-start machine must after 10 seconds when turn off it.
