Application of Digital Moisture Meter
Digital Moisture Meter which integrates functions of temperature and moisture testing, is widely used in moisture testing of, pure cotton bobbin yarn, blended bobbin yarn and other chemical yarn.
This meter has been designed according to Physics electric property of fibers; the electric resistance of sample should be in range of 3.8×104Ω～2×1012Ω
Moisture absorption capacity is represented by moisture regain, the higher moisture regain, the lower electric resistance. Electric resistance values can be determined by applying a voltage across fibers and measuring the resulting current.The moisture probes with high-voltage 100V, please don’t touch it when working; and attention to avoid short circuit.
