Fiber Thermal Shrinkage Tester XH-1/XH-1A
XH-1 Series Fiber Thermal Shrinkage Tester is used to conduct the thermal shrinkage test of synthetic staple fibers, e.g. polyester fiber, nylon fiber, polypropylene fiber and so on.
It measures the length of each fiber on the sample cylinder with a camera, obtains the change of fiber length before and after it is thermally treated, and then automatically calculates the average thermal shrinkage and CV of the fibers. The testing process is monitored by a computer and the testing data are displayed automatically.
XH-1A is the upgraded version of XH-1, adopting optimized structure design and high precision components, can complete sample heating and testing automatically.
