GD-HT Series High Temperature Garment Dyeing Machine is an equipment to dye garments of cotton, wool, acrylic, silk, polyester, and other types of chemical fibers or natural fibers.

Follows are the features of the machine:

• Dyeing vat made from S316 stainless steel and with good performance of resistance tocorrosion;
• The whole machine inner surface is mirror polished;
• The drum is driven by frequency-controlled motor, which can allow for a constant andaccurate rotation speed; The drum speed can be adjusted appropriately according to different fabrics and loads;
• Equipped with magnetic level gauge in the dying vat and bubble pressure transmitter in additional tank to ensure the water inlet and water level auto controlling to achieving labor saving;
• Fully automatic and smart dyeing computer controls heating, cooling and dosing, it also allows programmable metering of the inlet water through flow meter, make the dyeing process easier and ensure perfect reproducibility;
• Additional tank provides dosing, heating, mixing, water intake and discharge functions; it can ensure the best dilution with minimum resources through dosing precision for color and chemicals, aim of reducing consumption and environmental impact;
• Stainless pneumatic steel angle valves for controlling heating, cooling and pneumatic ball valves for controlling water inlet and drain of dyeing vat, solid and durable;
• The electrical cabinet is made of stainless steel and waterproof;
• Preparation for heating, water, and compressed air connections for easier installing.
