IULTCS Color Fastness Tester, also named IULTCS & Veslic Leather Abrasive Tester, which is used to determine the amount of ‘marring’ of the leather surface of dyeing or lining of leather in the experiment of rubbing to assess the amount of color transfer. It can be used as dry and wet rubbing two kinds of test.

IULTCS Color Fastness Tester is used to determine the color fastness to rubbing and wear resistance test for leather and lining of shoes. This machine is designed to carry out the rub fastness test on the surface of leather so as to determine the amount of marring of the leather surface or finish and the amount of color transfer to the rubbing pad.
Test method based on dry or wet white wool cloth, hammer on the friction surface, and then the specimens of reciprocating friction clamp on the test bench

Under the pressure of rules, using a specified baize of leather surface of reciprocating friction test, the number of test rules, the use of the grey scale for wool felt, compare the color change of the surface of leather surface, determine the class and record any loss, damage or visible change leather surface.
