TF Series Lab Fume Hood

TF Series Lab Fume Hood is an enclosed working chamber fitted with an exhaust ventilation system. It is one component of an exposure control system which is designed to contain, dilute and disperse gases, vapours and aerosols to the external environment. It is also an integral part of the building air handling system. The fume hood is the primary control device in most laboratories for protecting employees and students from exposure to hazardous chemicals; also, the efficiency of operation is essential in maintaining good air quality in laboratories. It is therefore imperative that it function properly at all times during its operation.

Features

Features of Lab Fume Hood

  • Left and right side plate, front steel plate, back plate, top plate, bottom cabinet: Adopt 1.0mm thickness high grade galvanized steel plate. German automatic CNC laser cutting machine is used for cutting steel plate, automatic CNC bending machine is used for folding plate edge. All metal surfaces are automatically sprayed with epoxy powder electrostatic assembly line and cured at high temperature.
  • Side board column: Single body detachable type. Convenient for replacement and maintenance of electrical components, water valves and air valves.
  • Liner board, deflector board: Adopt 5mm thickness solid core phenolic compact laminate, of good corrosion resistance and chemical resistance. The fixed parts of the guide plate are made of high quality PP material.
  • Movable window: Both sides of the door glass are wrapped with PP clip strips, and PP is integrated into the handle, and 5mm thickness and high-quality tempered glass is embedded. The opening height of the door is 800mm, and free lifting is adopted. The sliding device of moving the door up and down adopts belt pulley synchronization.
  • Structure: Sliding door guide rail is made of polyvinyl chloride material, of good corrosion resistance.
  • Fixed window: The frame is steel 1.0mm thickness, made of first grade high quality galvanized steel plate cut by laser cutting, made by CNC folding, cured by electrostatic spraying of epoxy resin powder at high temperature, and embedded in the frame is 5mm thickness tempered glass.
  • Table: Adopt 12.7mm thickness solid core physical and chemical board, of good acid and alkali resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, formaldehyde up to E1 level standard.
  • Exhaust outlet: PP air collecting hood is adopted, and the diameter of the outlet is 250mm round hole. The casing is connected to reduce gas turbulence.
  • Connection: All internal connections are concealed and corrosion resistant, without exposed screws.
