The CK125S35 Paste Tank is designed for storing printing paste and serves as the intermediate link between the Paste-Making Unit (CK125S20) and the Dispensing Unit (CK125S40). Its primary function is to maintain the stability and consistency of the printing paste during storage and to supply the next unit with qualified raw material for further processing.

CK125S35-Paste Tanks is used to store Printing paste, connecting the preceding Paste making unit (CK125S20) and the subsequent Dispensing unit (CK125S40). Its application value lies in ensuring the performance stability of Printing paste during storage, and providing qualified raw material (Printing paste) for the subsequent Dispensing unit.

Here is the features of the machine：

  • Specialized for storing Printing paste, realizing separate storage from Color paste mother liquor (stored in Dye liquor tanks) to prevent performance degradation caused by mixing different materials.
  • Made of materials compatible with the preceding Paste making unit (CK125S20), ensuring good compatibility with Printing paste (containing Thickener, Emulsifier, etc.) and avoiding material adhesion or chemical reaction.
  • The tank structure is designed to match the conveying requirements of the subsequent Dispensing unit, facilitating smooth transfer of Printing paste to the Dispensing unit.
