Sheet Former PAP-70
The PAP-70 Sheet Former is a piece of experimental machinery that shapes pulp and carries out quick vacuum drying using the quick Kaiser process.
Sheet Former PAP-70
PAP-70 Sheet Former is an experimental equipment that uses the rapid Kaiser method to shape pulp and perform rapid vacuum drying.
Here are the features of the machines:
- Fully automatic, noise-free sheet former: scientifically precise, compact and reasonable in design, small in size, easy to operate and move;
- Heating element: high-quality 304 stainless steel forgings and cast copper, strong corrosion resistance; heat transfer medium remains glycerin, sturdy, attractive and durable. Heating capsule upgraded to stainless steel: safe, durable, ensuring good paper flatness and smoothness;
- Dryer stable and gentle heating, max temperature 100-120℃;
- Flat-plate condenser: redesigned per ISO5269/2, drying performance better than traditional products;
- New process design: prevents moisture from condensed water accumulation on the flat-plate condenser, ensuring even, thorough drying of paper samples with no wet spots and higher quality;
- Elastic pressing plate: maintains satisfactory flatness for paper samples of any thickness;
- Latest intelligent temperature control: temperature error within ±2℃;
- Fully button-operated automatic control: convenient and fast.
