DW5470 Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer is an instrument which generally refers to the simultaneous application of thermogravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) to the same sample in one test. It’s capable of observing the change in mass of the sample along with time or temperature in the process of heating up, thus study the thermal stability and composition of materials. It is widely used for research and development, process optimization, quality monitoring of plastic, rubber, paint, medicine, catalytic agent, inorganic material, metal material, composite material and other areas.

  • Furnace body heating adopts precious metal alloy wire double row winding system, which reduces interference and is more resistant to high temperature and oxidation.
  • The furnace body adopts double layer insulation, with low heat loss.
  • Tray sensor has the advantages of wide test range, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
  • Built in gas flow meter and gas flow control device.
