YG902 UPF and UV Penetration/Protection Measurement System is used to determine the ability to block UVR and measure UPF of fabric directly. A fast, simple-to-use and accurate spectrophotometer dedicated to measure the UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) of fabric samples. The tester can capture the spectral transmittance of sample from 290~400nm in seconds, reporting the UPF as well as the mean UVA and UVB transmittance.
Follows are features of the tester :
- Operation on PC with Windows system;
- The measurement process is automatic and automatically generates scan reports which can be printed;
- Provide average value of T(UVA), T(UVB) and UPF ;
- The test result presents by the colorized curve;
- Suitable for many kinds of fabrics;

Application
Application of Textile Ultraviolte Prevention
UPF and UV Penetration/Protection Measurement System is a special instrument that is used for testing textile UV transmittance and UV resistance of special instruments, it can test the UV parameter of UVA, UVB and UPF directly.
UVA: Solar ultraviolet radiation of wavelength between 315nm and 400nm.
UVB: Solar ultraviolet radiation of wavelength between 290nm and 315nm.
