Upper material flexing tester is used to simulate the stretching, squeezing and flexing action to upper material in normal wear by reciprocating fast motion. The scratch, wrinkle or damage phenomenon on the test sheet is visually inspected after testing and used as a reference to select upper material. With memory function in case of power-down.

Application
Application of upper material flexing tester
Upper material flexing tester is used to assess the tendency of all type of shoe upper materials such as leather, poromeric, plastic-coated fabric and upholstery coverings to crack or break as a result of flexing in wear.
Double crease similar to those formed in the upper of a boot during wear are generated repeatedly in specimens of polyurethane upper material by means of a suitable apparatus until cracking of the polyurethane upper material is observed or until the test piece survive a specified number of flexure cycles.
Upper material flexing tester complies with ISO 4643, ISO 20344, GB/T 20991 and SATRA TM25.
