Course Length Tester FY112L    

FY112L Course Length Tester is used to determine the course length of knitted fabrics. Attach one end of the crimped yarn to the clamp, bypass each pulley in turn, and apply a load to the other end to remove the crimp.

Course Length Tester complies with BS 5441-1998, FZ/T 70008.

Follows are features of course length tester:

• Observe the level degree of the apparatus with level device;
• Easy to observe the length with two rulers than one ruler;
• Rulers with high precision (1mm);
• More convenient to operate with the height of 1 m than 1.5 m;
• Make marks with plastic clips, easy to distinguish one yarn from another;
• Two clamps are suitable for different measuring range:
  Upper clamp: 0~1,000mm, 2,000~3,000mm, 4,000~5,000mm, 6,000~7,000mm, 8,000~9,000mm;
  Lower clamp: 1,000~2,000mm, 3,000~4,000mm, 5,000~6,000mm, 7,000~8,000mm;
