DW0332 Dry Heat Shrinkage Tester is used to determine the hot air thermal shrinkage performance (shrinkage & shrinkage force) of tire cord, yarn, polyester, cotton thread and other materials under a certain temperature by using high-precision temperature control system and measuring system.

Here are the features of the machine:

• One machine can be used to test the shrinkage and shrinkage force respectively.
• The system is operated on touch screen to achieve man-machine interaction.
• Temperature module is adopted to collect temperature, an in-built thermoelectric couple is installed inside and output heater is controlled by a PID controller.
• The number of tests, temperature and test time can be set on the touch screen.
• The length value or force value can be automatically cleared to zero when the specimen is pushed in, avoiding human error.
• When the preset time is reached, the instrument automatically calculates and displays the test results. After reaching the preset number of tests, the instrument automatically calculates and displays the average value.
• Built-in micro printer to print the shrinkage and shrinkage force values respectively.
