The YG369 Entanglement Tester is used to determine the DTY filament’s entanglement fastness (%) and the number of entanglements per meter (interlacing degree).

YG369 Entanglement tester is used to measure the number of entanglements per meter (interlacing degree) and entanglement fastness (%) of DTY filament.
Its measuring principle is that the running filaments driven by a wheel is split by a needle. When an entanglement knot arrives the needle, the filaments resistance force arising, causing an increasing force to a certain value on the force sensor, the software judge there is an entanglement knot. The needle is withdrawn and the filaments move on, the needle extend again immediately after the entanglement knot position, the filament is split again and the procedure is repeated till the test finished. The percentage of interlacing degree after heavy load compared to before heavy load is entanglement fastness (%).
The machine complies with the standard: FZ∕T 50001.
Follows are the specifications of the tester :
- Adopting LGL constant tension device imported from Italy. The constant tension device ensures that the filaments can maintain a constant pre-tension during testing;
- High-precision stepper motor is used to control the rotation of the roller while driving the movement of the filaments, ensuring the stable operation of the roller and further ensuring the stability of the test result;
- Adopt ultra-fine needle to quickly split the filaments, while controlling the movement of the filaments and detecting the force value;
- The machine has strong anti-interference performance. It is designed for both laboratories and production lines for timely detection, ensuring product quality compliance;
- Adopt computer-controlled automatic system to control pre-tension, extrication load, speed, allowing for faster, more precise, and more effective testing.
