This fibrograph textile testing is designed according to random distribution theory of cotton fiber length, and the theory of that light intensity through fiber bundle has a negative relation with fiber number within fiber bundle cross section.

• • Use PC on-line technology, and get cotton fiber length shadow curve, fiber mean length, upper half mean length and uniformity index, etc.
  • CPU generates trigger plus to control step motor speed, and drive sampling comb with required step-size, easy to control data frequency;
  • High quality LED light source, sensitive silicon photocell to receive light signal, simple operation;
  • PC auto process data, generate fiber length curve after post-fitting, and then get cotton fiber mean length, upper half mean length, uniformity index and short fiber content;
  • Calibration instrument by computer, and create database ( storage, inquire, print, etc);
  • Special designed sampling device, easy to sample.
  • Fast test speed, test one test result only need 20~30s.
