- Using vacuum forming technology, electric furnace wires are embedded in the inner surface of ceramic fiber furnace and the furnace liner is formed once to prevent the pollution of volatile matter.
- The electric furnace wires are arranged in the four sides of the furnace, and adopt special anti-corrosion surface treatment.
- Special insulation design makes sure the surface temperature of the shell is low.
- SCR control, PID parameter self-tuning function, can meet the requirements of high precision temperature control.
- With ultra-high temperature alarm function.
- The heating speed is 10~30℃/min, fast and energy-saving.
