Pitch Twin Screw Melt Spinning Machine DW7090F

Pitch twin screw melt spinning machine is one of the melt spinning machine in FYI. It uses twin screw melt extrusion to ensure that the estrusion material has enough pressure.

Automatic metering feed

The material is stored in charging barrel. After setting the amount of material needed to be input, the feeding motor starts to drive the screw. When the feeding amount reaches the set value, the motor stops working and the automatic feeding stops.

Twin screw melt extrusion

The material enters the screw extrusion part after measured by the cylinder. The screw melt amount is gradually reduced from left to right to ensure that the extrusion material has enough pressure. And the uniform melt amount of the metering section can ensure the stability of discharge.

Metering pump

The melt material comes to the metering pump through the screw extruder. All connecting parts of the pump are heated by heating pipes to ensure the uniform temperature and stable flow rate in the flow channel.

• Over-limit alarm: overload alarm, temperature over limit alarm, extrusion pressure over limit alarm, metering pump abnormal speed alarm.
