Capillary Rheometer
Capillary rheometer is a device for measuring shear stress under high stress. It can measure the fluidity and solidification speed of thermosetting materials, draw the stress-strain curve and plasticization curve of thermoplastic materials, and measure the temperature of softening point, melting point and flow point. The viscosity and viscous flow activation of polymer melt were measured and the process conditions of melt spinning were studied.

It adopts new design, which is applicable to users’ demanding requirements on space limitation, reliability and maintainability. Its standard vulcanization test is accordance with ASTM D5289, and the optional pressure kit can detect foam rubber.
