On December 13, 2024, FYI welcomed customers from Bangladesh. They visited FYI’s factory and observed several advanced testing instruments. This visit showcased FYI’s strong technical capabilities. During the visit, customers saw FYI’s professionalism and innovation, which laid a solid foundation for closer cooperation between the two parties in the future and opened a new chapter of development.
During the visit, the customer showed great interest in various laboratory spinning and dyeing equipment, including the JR350 Atmospheric Laboratory Jigger Dyeing Machine, the DW7020H Lab Drawing Frame, the DW7030M Lab Roving Frame for Wool, and the DW7040M ring spinning frame. The customer raised a series of questions, and our staff answered them enthusiastically.

JR350 Atmospheric Laboratory Jigger Dyeing
In the JR350 dyeing machine display, a customer asked about the advantages of low bath ratio dyeing. FYI staff enthusiastically answered that low liquor ratio dyeing can significantly save water. The 304 stainless steel dye tank is rust-proof and durable, and the trapezoidal structure saves dye liquor. The PLC controller ensures constant speed, adjustable tension, uniform dyeing, and no wrinkles. It can automatically count the number of passes and preset the number of stop passes. After our explanation, the customer’s understanding of JR350 was further improved, and he also showed great interest.
DW7020H Lab Drawing Frame
When the customer asked how the DW7020H can ensure that the bent sliver fibers are successfully drafted into a straight state and improve the uniformity, the staff explained that the DW7020H accurately drafts the fibers through a unique drafting type and flexible control methods, such as touch screen or PLC control. This device is suitable for fiber lengths ranging from 22 to 50mm, can combine up to eight slivers, has a drafting multiple of 4 to 12 times, and has drafting roller sizes of φ45/35/35mm (front/middle/back).
DW7030M Lab Roving Frame for Wool
For the DW7030M Lab Roving Frame for Wool, the customer had a deep and intuitive understanding of the specific advantages of the DW7030M after watching the equipment and the staff’s explanation on site. The DW7030M is an ideal equipment for teaching, scientific research, etc. Through spring pressure, it can stretch and twist the wool strips with a fiber length of 60-120 mm and a roller diameter of φ38/32/38mm (front/middle/back) into roving and wind them into specific packages to meet the processing requirements of the spinning machine.
DW7040M Ring Spinning Frame
Regarding the DW7040M ring spinning frame, the customer asked whether the DW7040M can make yarn with a fiber length of 100 mm. The staff answered the customer affirmatively that the DW7040M is suitable for fiber lengths in the range of 60-120 mm, and 100 mm is no problem at all, and S twist or Z twist can be selected to meet the customer’s various needs.
