UL94 Horizontal/Vertical Flammability Tester is used to evaluate compliance the ignition resistance properties of component parts and materials of apparatus and instruments, and suitable for determining the flammability properties such as flammable properties, burning rate, flame spread speed, burning intensity and flammability resistance of products.
Follows are Horizontal/Vertical Flammability Tester specification :
- Volume of test chamber larger than 0.75m3;
- Large observation window, easy to observe burning state;
- Humanization design, easy to adjust specimen and burner;
- 0°, 20°, 45°angle of burner is adjustable;
- Bunsen burner igniting source, as per ASTM D5025;
- Record test time by timer on control panel;
- Adjust burning gas flow by rotor flow meter ;
- High accuracy pressure regulating valve to provide needed gas pressure;
- Wingtip burner, as per ASTM D4986;
- Equipped with gas suction device to remove waste gas;
- Burner calibration system, as per ASTM D5207.
