DW7090E Melt Spinning Machine is suitable for laboratory principle teaching experiment in scientific research institutions. It’s developed for small batch test, characterized by compact structure, small footprint, simple operation, easy to clean and durable.
The polymer is heated and melted by the high-temperature cast copper heating ring, and then continuously, quantitatively and evenly extruded from the capillary of the spinneret to become a liquid trickle, and the primary fiber is formed under the condensation of air.

- Largetransparent plexiglass door design, convenient for observation;
- Thickened 316 stainless steel barrel, where the materials get heated more evenly;
- Real-time monitoring of material temperature and wall temperature control are adopted, the temperature control of materials is more accurate;
- The operating panel displays parameters such as material temperature and take-up speed, etc.
- The take-up device adopts detachable roller.
