Semi-automatic Sample Loom is used for sample weaving of all kinds of fabrics, such as cotton, hair, jute, silk, chemical fiber, blending, etc. It consists of shedding mechanism, weft insertion mechanism, beating-up mechanism, take-up mechanism, let-off mechanism, weft selection mechanism, electrical control mechanism, etc. It is widely used in weaving mills, scientific research units, textile institutes and foreign trade companies, etc.

Rapier Sample Loom is a new type sample loom in our Fast & Accurate Fabric Sampling System for teaching and researching.
Follows are features of Semi-automatic Rapier Sample Loom:
- Integrally welded by seamless rectangular steel pipe, reasonable construction and good rigidity;
- Outer surface treated by baking varnish, good brightness and nice appearance;
- Adopting pneumatic shedding mechanism to avoid the disadvantage of easy to wear for traditional peg mechanical structure;
- Stable operation, low noise and high reliability;
- PLC control touch screen, storing 6pcs of pattern cards and 1000 lines reachable for each pattern card;
- With computer interface to achieve the communication between PC and PLC.
Application
Application of Rapier Sample Loom
Semi-automatic Sample Loom is used for sample weaving of all kinds of fabrics, such as cotton, hair, jute, silk, chemical fiber, blending, etc. It consists of shedding mechanism, weft insertion mechanism, beating-up mechanism, take-up mechanism, let-off mechanism, weft selection mechanism, electrical control mechanism, etc.
If it is not in initial status, please don’t make such actions as yarn connecting and reeding etc, if necessary, it should be back to initial status to avoid danger;
Proper fire-extinguishing equipment should be equipped in application site of this equipment; Operator should prepare ear plug if he operates this equipment for long time to avoid damage of hearing ability;
When loom is to be stopped, please operate it strictly according to stop procedure, i.e. exit weaving procedure firstly, then close computer;
When variety is changed in loom, please put the working status to preparation stroke during looming;
