Xenon Arc Lamp Installation Conditions

So many customer buy our lightfastness YG611M , today we will introduce the conditions of installation Xenon Arc Lamp machine YG611M step by step .

Xenon Arc Lamp Installation

1. The Xenon Arc Lamp should be installed in the conditions that there is no obvious electromagnetic interference,no obvious vibration source and no corrosive media around the machine.
2. Environmental temperature is between 5℃and 35℃, and temperature fluctuations should be equal to or less than 4℃/H during the test.
3. Environmental relative humidity is 40%-85%.
4. Power supply: AC 220V±10%, 32A，50±0.5Hz.
5. Installation space of the machine as shown in Fig1,taking into account the operation, maintenance, ventilation and exhaust factors.

6.Take into account the convenience of inlet and drainage if the instrument is equipped with a spray system.

7. Leakage protection switch C64 should be within the installation of the power supply line and the machine should be grounded to ensure reliable grounding before use.
8. Taking into account the convenience of the equipment exhaust,three kinds of recommended installation schemes as follows:

Installation scheme of exhaust pipe

Scheme 1:

1-90°elbow, 2-Straight pipe, 3-Flexible pipe, 4-Decoration cap

As shown in the above figure,exhaust port located in the back wall, the machine can be installed according to the actual situation.FYI provides the parts of 90°elbow,straight pipe,flexible pipe and decoration cap.Among these parts,the straight pipe is a casing pipe with the outer diameter of 30cm and wing ring diameter of 50cm,the flexible pipe length is 2 m,and the decoration cap with a diameter of 10cm is used to beautify the exhaust port.

*Attention:

During installation,the height of exhaust pipe outlet should be lower than 90°elbow to prevent the outside rainwater intrusion into the machine as shown the two groups of parallel lines in above figure.

Scheme 2:

As shown in the above figure,exhaust port is located above to the ceiling to emit the gas along with the ventilation pipe.During installation,stainless pipe or flexible pipe will be used according to your own needs,FYI doesn’t provide the stainless pipe or flexible pipe.

Scheme 3:

1-90°elbow,  2-straight pipe,  3-stainless pipe,  4-stainless cover

As shown in the above figure, FYI provides 90°elbow and straight pipe. The stainless pipe and 90°elbow can be installed in the same horizontal line and the stainless cover is to prevent the outside rainwater intrusion into the protection construction of machine.
